Journify started inside My Journey Therapies, a children's speech and language practice in Cuckfield, West Sussex.
Like most small practices, we ran on a diary app, Word templates, a spreadsheet for council invoices and a lot of email to parents. Every system we tried was built for one adult paying their own bill. Ours had two households, a school and a local authority attached to the same child.
So we built our own. It handled a child with two homes, a council paying for some sessions and a parent for the rest, and reports that pull straight from the notes.
Journify is that system, rebuilt from scratch so any UK practice can use it, to the security standard other people's records deserve.
