Privacy notice
This covers the journify.co.uk website and the emails you send us from it. Last updated 28 October 2026.
The short version
This website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that follow you around. Its forms don't send anything to us by themselves: they open your own email app, and you decide whether to send. If you do email or call us, we use what you tell us to reply, and nothing else.
Who we are
Journify is practice management software for UK therapy practices, built by the team behind My Journey Therapies. You can reach us at Unit 2/3 The Courtyard, Staplefield Road, Cuckfield, West Sussex, RH17 5JT, by email at hello@journify.co.uk or by phone on 01293 901815.
What we collect and why
- Emails and calls you send us, such as a demo request or a question. We use them to reply and to arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering people who contact us.
- Early access requests. If you ask to hear when Journify opens, we keep your name, email and practice name to tell you. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw by replying "stop" at any time.
- Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested) for up to 30 days to keep the site secure and working. Our basis is legitimate interests.
The sign-up form on this site is a preview. It checks what you type in your browser and sends nothing.
Who we share it with
Our email is provided by Microsoft 365, and the website is hosted by PageLaunch. They handle information for us and nobody else. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Emails about demos and questions: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Early access requests: until Journify opens to the public, or until you ask us to stop. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@journify.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Practices using Journify
When a practice uses Journify, the practice is the controller of its clients' records and Journify processes them on its behalf, under a data processing agreement. That agreement, not this notice, covers client records.
