Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and Journify itself, including the parents and clients who use practices' portals.
What we aim for
This website and the Journify app are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means they should work with a keyboard alone and with screen readers, at up to 400% zoom and on a phone 375 pixels wide, and every pair of text and background colours meets AA contrast.
What we know isn't perfect
- The small working examples of the app on the home page are demonstrations. They work by keyboard, but they're simpler than the real screens.
- Some photographs are decorative and are described briefly rather than in detail.

When we last checked
We tested this website on 28 October 2026 with automated checks and by hand at desktop and phone sizes.
